On a stalled West Salem morning, four people face moments that push an ordinary day off course—from a failed haircut to a risky act of kindness. As traffic stops, their choices collide with consequences no one expects.
Premiering March 12, 2026, followed by a Q & A with cast and crew.
Run Time: 30 Minutes

The idea for this film came out of everyday life in West Salem. It’s inspired by sitting in traffic on Wallace Road, stopping at Urban Grange, driving through the Blue Elephant Car Wash, hanging out in barbershops and hearing hilarious stories, and noticing the people we pass every day—including those living on the streets.
We made this film with neighbors, for neighbors, because we believe our ordinary, sometimes messy lives are worth paying attention to. This is more than a movie, it’s really a way to bring people together—to laugh, to feel something, and to share a night together on the big screen.
Written and directed by award winning filmmaker Rob Yanike, Wallace Rd will be submitted to film festivals around the country, but first will be screened locally so that those who were a part of the film can watch it with their friends and family and raise money for a good cause. All profits from ticket and concession sales go to support Union Gospel Mission.
